“It’s incredible to see the energy and attention surrounding women’s sports right now, and events like The ANNIKA show how far we’ve come,” said Scurry. “I’ve long admired Annika for breaking barriers in her sport the way so many of us have tried to in ours, and it’s inspiring to see athletes like Caitlin carrying that torch for the next generation. This will be my first time at an LPGA event, and I’m proud to represent Gainbridge® and the work they’re doing to elevate women’s sports. I’m excited to hit the course, meet some of the LPGA Tour’s best players, and share the day with fans and my fellow Gainbridge® ambassadors in the Wednesday Pro-Am.”
Hocevar, the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series Rookie of the Year, will have his Spire Motorsports Chevrolet showcased throughout the week at the tournament’s main entrance with a special paint scheme in honor of The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican.
“It's not every day that you get to go behind the scenes of a major sporting event, and it will be cool to see the different LPGA Tour players’ skills and strategies,” said Hocevar. “Gainbridge® plays a huge part in helping our team and furthering my career, and I’m proud to be part of a company that has a strong commitment to both racing and women's sports.”
